Grilled Ribeye with Garlic-Shallot Purée

img_4948This amazing dish is exactly what you need at the end of a long week of working when you just don’t want to do much. Both the broccoli and shrooms were tossed or brushed with garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper. Roast them in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
