Try this basic Whole30 mayo that is so easy make and has only 5 ingredients! You will never have to buy store bought mayonnaise again. I used my KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Mini Food Processor and had no problems at all.
I did try this recipe with my new KitchenAid Immersion Blender and have to say, I liked the consistency of the mayonnaise better with the Mini Food Processor.
